Joyce holds an MA (Oxon) from Oxford University in History and studied an MSc from Birkbeck University whilst working full-time for Her Majesty\u2019s Government. She is the creator of Oxbridge Mentoring, helping students access Oxford and Cambridge universities. For 17 years, she has successfully advised UK and international students into world-class universities in the UK and US. In 2018, she co-founded social mobility charity Insight Outreach, donating her academic mentoring methods to help children from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds prepare for admissions to the most selective UK universities and top medicine and law schools. Alongside academic mentoring, she runs UCAS teacher masterclasses and workshops to prepare students for the job market. Passionate about raising standards in teaching and learning worldwide, she enjoys new projects and working with like-minded others and recently Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).<\/p>

Carys graduated from The London School of Economics (LSE) in Economics & Maths. Following her time at LSE, she went on to work in Finance at The Bank of England. She then fully immersed herself in the world of Education, taking on multiple private tutoring and academic writing roles, as well as running the Business and Economics department for a leading online school. Carys has extensive experience in designing and writing innovative educational courses, as well as, implementing and overseeing the delivery of them. An area of expertise that Carys thoroughly enjoys is mentoring students through entrance examinations and interviews for grammar schools and private\/independent schools. Carys has been successful in assisting students to gain places at prestigious schools, including Eton, Harrow, City of London, and Clifton College. Her teaching and tutoring experience spans from 6+ school entrance examinations, GCSE and A level Business, Economics and Maths and Further Maths, through to University level. She is also TEFL-qualified and able to help students achieve their IELTS requirement for UK university entrance. A further benefit to students is that Carys is an Economics Examiner for the AQA exam board. During her spare time, Carys enjoys volunteering at a local Dog Rescue Centre, property development and playing the piano.<\/p>

Mark Cousins is Head of UCAS Review, helping students express themselves in personal statements for their applications to top British universities and boarding schools. He holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and previously worked at research and information management, undertaking policy research for two London Mayors. He has worked in education for 9 years and enjoys using a personalised, interactive approach in brainstorming personal statements with students. He brings his research, creative design and public speaking skills to business planning, presentations and training and sits on interview panels, challenging pre-conceptions about topical issues and perceived truths behind scientific research to help students adopt critical, more original perspectives. He is very keen on creative approaches to bring learning to life. Mark has successfully prepared students for Art Foundation courses, Fine Art and Art History degrees at Oxford, and postgraduate applications to Goldsmiths, Central Saint Martins, and Edinburgh. He has also helped students secure places at the International School of Creative Arts (UK) and trained students for school admissions interviews at 11+, 13+ and 16+. In his spare time, he is a musician, an award-winning song-writer and maintains his interest in art through life-art drawing classes and visiting exhibitions.<\/p>

Stan holds an MSc in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Li\u00e8ge, Belgium. In 2007, he founded two GreenTech manufacturing facilities equipped with clean-room laboratories and led their operations until 2018.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Complementing his engineering and business consultancy careers, Stan mentors IB and A-Level students in stewarding their families\u2019 wealth and legacy, ensuring seamless continuity across generational transitions. He also partners with London-based Insight-Edu to prepare students for admissions to Cambridge University.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Stan equips learners with a practical problem-solving “toolbox,” blending conceptual clarity with real-world technical applications. His methodology emphasizes actionable strategies rooted in decades of industry expertise, supported by an extensive archive of case studies and examples.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Beyond his professional pursuits, Stan practices Krav Maga, enjoys reading, and embarks on trekking adventures. He collaborates with renowned academics to publish articles on Middleman minorities, finance, and sustainability.
